    At Silkko, we want you to shop with confidence. While we do not accept physical returns, we do provide refunds or free replacements in specific cases. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at tiago.ds.store1@gmail.com so we can assist you.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, including photo or video proof.

    Lost packages

    A package is considered lost if the tracking information shows no movement or update for more than 15 days. In this case, we will issue a refund or send a free replacement.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Because our orders are processed and shipped through international fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns of products. This includes items the customer simply does not want anymore, orders cancelled after shipping, deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and orders that fail due to an unreachable recipient. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

    Refunds

    If your claim qualifies for a refund, we will notify you after reviewing the case. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at tiago.ds.store1@gmail.com.
